MGMNT X411.7 - Sports Management Internship
Course Description
Designed for students who have completed the core and elective coursework in the Sports Management Certificate Program, this course provides an opportunity to gain supervised, hands-on experience within a sport organization. Students complete an internship placement with a participating sponsor and apply concepts from sport management foundations, law and ethics, financial management, and elective coursework in a professional setting.
In addition to on-site work, students complete structured internship coursework designed to complement and contextualize the placement experience.
