This student who completes this certificate chooses to enhance their job prospects by integrating practical, real-world experience into their academic curriculum. Curriculum Objectives:

  • How to plan projects in any field from architecture to software development and keep them on task, on time, and on budget

  • Predictive and Agile Project Management methodologies that align with the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam

  • Current theories of project management and their appropriate real-world applications from instructors with vast experience in their fields

  • Critical interpersonal and leadership skills needed to conduct work in the team environments inherent to modern projects
