ED X321.75 - Montessori Primary Mathematics and Language: Early Childhood Education (Ages 4 - 7)
Course Description
This course is designed to provide teachers with strategies that help children, ages four to seven, develop their interest, knowledge, and skills in language arts and mathematics. Topics include: Math (e.g., individual exercises in operations, multiplication and division tables, factors and multiples, operations – representational level, and fractions), and Reading (e.g., primary grammar, noun, adjective, verb, and non-phonetic work with parts of speech).
